No consultant–client relationship

Using this website, using its tools, submitting a form, or contacting MAMI does not create a consultant–client relationship. A consultant–client relationship begins only when a written service agreement has been signed. Please do not send confidential information until then, unless MAMI asks you to.

No guarantees

Immigration decisions are made by government officers. No one can guarantee a visa, permit, nomination, permanent residence, citizenship or any processing time. MAMI does not make such guarantees.

Assessments and quotes

A free assessment or written quote is based on the information you provide. It is not a full eligibility assessment or legal advice, and it does not create a consultant–client relationship.

Fees

MAMI’s professional fees are separate from government fees paid to IRCC, a province or another authority. Consultation fees are shown before you pay and set out in the consultation agreement. Fees for application work are quoted in writing and set out in a service agreement.

Malik Ashraf, RCIC-IRB (Licence number: R713294) is licensed by the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC). MAMI Immigration is an immigration consulting practice, not a law firm.
